Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof (images/video) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Personal care and herbal items (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds
Once your return is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Amount will be credited to original payment method
